The 2025 Lutheran Advocacy Ministry-NM Bishop’s Luncheon & Issues Briefing is scheduled for Thursday, February 20th, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Santa Fe.  Hosting this year’s Issue Briefing is a long-time member of our Advocating Congregation’s Program, First Presbyterian Church (208 Grant Ave, Santa Fe, NM 87501).  The Bishop’s Luncheon will follow the briefing and will be held at La Fonda Hotel (100 E San Francisco St, Santa Fe, NM 87501).

Each year, during legislative sessions, the Bishop of the Rocky Mountain Synod-ELCA hosts a legislative luncheon. The luncheon is an opportunity to meet and network with Lutheran, ecumenical, and interfaith advocates from around New Mexico. On the morning of the luncheon, there is an Issues Briefing at which current information about legislative activity on bills related to our Advocacy Agenda is shared.
